On August 24, 2023, when subject N.H.D (born in 1982, a permanent resident of District 7) attempted to break into a house in the My Kim 1 Complex, Phu My Hung, Tan Phong Ward, District 7. The subject intended to switch vehicles. However, thanks to the professional measures taken by the Phu My Hung security team, they successfully tracked down the suspect.
As captured by the surveillance camera system, at around 9:30 pm on August 24, after driving an old Wave motorbike around various streets in the city center, the subject discovered an unlocked gate at a residence in My Kim Complex. N.H.Đ entered the premises and, upon spotting a high-value Acruzo (Yamaha) motorbike in the yard, proceeded to search for the key. After obtaining it, the subject attempted to steal the motorbike and fled the scene, leaving the Wave behind. Upon receiving a report from the property owner, the Phu My Hung security team promptly initiated professional measures to track and identify the suspect. At approximately 12:00 am on August 26, using the camera system, Phu My Hung security located the suspect traveling on Nguyen Luong Bang Street with the stolen vehicle. They immediately notified and collaborated with the District 7 Police to temporarily detain the subject. All evidence related to the case has been handed over to the police, pending verification by the rightful owner for return.
