On March 17, 2024, at 2:15 PM, while conducting his routine patrol, Mr. Nguyen Phu Loi, a security guard from Phu My Hung, noticed a crowd gathering in front of a shop on Pham Van Nghi Street, Sky Garden 3. They were raising a fire alarm. Without wasting any time, Mr. Loi alerted the on-duty team to assemble the fire control unit for immediate assistance.
Upon assessment, it was determined that the fire originated from the hood system in the kitchen area and had spread through the exterior hot unit of the air conditioner. Due to significant smoke dispersion, the Phu My Hung security team swiftly deactivated the power circuit breaker, evacuated the staff, and opened all doors for ventilation. Concurrently, they collaborated with service security to access the kitchen area through both front and rear entrances and utilized fire extinguishers to suppress the fire.
The rapid response of the Phu My Hung security team effectively prevented the escalation of the fire, ensuring the safety of numerous individuals and minimizing property damage.
