For more than 15 years, the Lawrence S. Ting Foundation has accompanied HCMC Vocational Training Center for People with Disabilities and Orphans in many activities aimed at people with disabilities. In order to encourage and develop their talents, the Foundation is supporting the Center to sell oil paintings painted by children with disabilities. The artists of these paintings may have some defects in their bodies or in their spirits, but each work has a cheerful nuance, spreading positive energy to everyone.
