On the morning of March 24, 2024, at the Sales Gallery (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), Phu My Hung Corporation organized the launch event for the Phu My Hung The Aurora project. In just over an hour, 100% of the units quickly found their owners.
Phu My Hung The Aurora is located on the frontage of Nguyen Luong Bang Street, in the Southside District of Phu My Hung City Center. The apartment project is built on a land area of over 2,300m2, 12 floors high, consisting of 95 apartments and 7 shops at the podium. This is one of the few projects in Phu My Hung planned with a structure of 1-2 bedroom apartments ranging from 42-76m2, accounting for 95% of the project’s total products; the remaining are 3-4 bedroom apartments ranging from 97-144m2.
Just two weeks after the launch event of The Aurora model unit, about 300 purchase request letters for Phu My Hung The Aurora apartments were sent to the Phu My Hung Real Estate Transaction Office. Therefore, on the morning of March 24, 2024, Phu My Hung conducted a random draw process to determine the priority order for selecting apartments.
